Physical items will be mailed via USPS Ground Advantage, unless otherwise communicated in writing.

There are NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS for digital products, printed books, or patterns.

If you no longer want the item, please donate it to a quilting group in your local area.

DAMAGED/BROKEN items will be replaced within 30 days once you communicate the issue by email and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
